Special Novels Inc., also known as “SN” or “The company”, provides the website www.specialnovels.com to provide information about their self-publishing services. The following terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the site’s owner and operator. By using this site, you accept these terms of use regardless of whether you have reviewed them. If at any time you do not agree to these terms of use, refrain from using this site.

These terms do not apply to unaffiliated sites that may be accessible through this site. We recommend you to regularly visit this Site for updates to our policies. The terms of use for this website are independent of the service agreements, which are governed by separate agreements entered with authorized representatives of SN.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Special Novels, Inc. (“SN”) is a self-publishing company that offers editorial services, design, layout, and distribution for independent authors. The services and packages offered by SN are not available for direct purchase, they must be contracted through direct contact with an authorized representative of the company.

Books published by SN are not sold exclusively on the Amazon platform.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTS

All visual, textual, graphic and functional content of the Site, including logos, designs, images, artwork, icons, audio, eBooks, digital downloads, and web structure, is exclusive property of SN or their licensors and is protected under the U.S. copyright law and international treaties.

SN does not own any copyright in published books. All copyrights in books belong entirely to their respective authors. SN does not claim ownership of the content of the book, except for what is necessary for their promotion, such as the use of covers or excerpts in marketing materials, which will be done with prior consent of the author.

Any previous statement implying SN’s ownership of books derived from courses, seminars, or events has been eliminated. SN currently does not offer courses or events and does not hold any rights in books under any circumstances.

5. TRADEMARKS

SN owns various registered trademarks in the U.S. and other countries. This includes logos, page headers, graphic designs, icons, service marks, and other visual elements. These trademarks cannot be used for any product or service not affiliated with SN that could cause confusion or discredit the company’s image.

Any other trademark displayed on the Site that is not owned by SN belongs to its respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or related to SN.

6. LICENSES AND ACCESS
